Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Card and IRIS payments
Pay by card and IRIS through Viva. After submitting your order, you are redirected to the provider’s secure payment page. Meeterra does not store full card numbers or security codes. Payment is recorded as completed only after confirmation from Viva.
Currency, VAT and receipt
Prices are shown in euros and include 13% VAT for sales taxed in Greece. Product costs, shipping and the final amount are shown before confirmation. Select a receipt or enter your company name, Greek VAT number and activity for an invoice.
Payment issues, cancellations and refunds
If payment is declined or interrupted, check the order status before placing another order or contact info@meeterra.gr. Refunds, where due, use the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on your bank or provider.
