Products, prices and orders
Product descriptions, options, availability, and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable; delivery charges are shown before you submit an order. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when Meeterra sends an order acceptance/confirmation after checking availability and payment status. An automated receipt of your request alone does not mean the order has been accepted.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods and delivery options are presented at checkout. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider. Delivery estimates are indicative and the applicable delivery charge is shown before order submission. Current methods and charges are described on the Payment Methods and Shipping Methods pages.
Cancellation, withdrawal and faulty goods
Distance purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery. Applicable exceptions include rapidly perishable goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@meeterra.gr with your name and order number. Return the goods within 14 days of your notice; you bear the direct return cost. We reimburse the price and standard original delivery costs within 14 days of notice, and may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return are received. Rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain; the seller bears their return cost.
Complaints and applicable law
Contact info@meeterra.gr or +30 697 8951093 for complaints. Greek law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection provisions. You may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman for out-of-court dispute resolution.
