Data we use and why
We may process contact and delivery details, order and payment references, customer service messages, and technical data needed to operate and secure the site. We use these data to answer enquiries, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process payments/refunds, meet accounting obligations, and protect the service. Marketing messages are sent only where a valid legal basis and any required consent exist.
Legal bases and service providers
Processing relies on steps before a contract or its performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and service, or consent where required. We use Base44 for hosting, accounts and service emails, Viva for payments and the delivery carrier for shipping. We share the details needed for each service. Card details are entered with Viva; we do not store full card numbers or security codes. When you select BOX NOW, we share the recipient name, phone, email, locker and order details required to arrange delivery. Its locker map loads from BOX NOW when you open it.
Retention and sharing
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for applicable statutory limitation, tax, and accounting periods. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, or public authorities where the law requires.
Your rights and contact

Cookies
Necessary browser storage supports your cart, login and checkout session. Google Analytics 4 loads only if you select Accept analytics. It measures page views and product, cart, checkout and confirmed-purchase events using browser identifiers and order references. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or delivery addresses through these events. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization remain disabled. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings. Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days; Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years unless removed earlier. Fonts are hosted with the site. Transfers to providers outside the EEA are subject to applicable data protection safeguards.
